Marvin Salter, Sr. has over 30 years of extensive knowledge in residential building. This knowledge was passed down from his father, who was also a carpenter. He developed his expertise by taking a hands-on approach to the entire building process. As a result, he was able to create a solid reputation through quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
In 2005, with a desire to begin a professional career as a residential home builder, Marvin Jr., joined his dad in the home building industry. Growing up intrigued by construction, Marvin Jr., spent summers on the job site working with his father. This experience gave him an opportunity to learn the craft of quality home building first hand, a trademark that has been passed down for three generations.
Our homes are available in a wide selection of floor plans or we will work with you to design a customized plan to match your specifications. Many features and upgrades in our homes may cost extra if you request another company to provide them. Our homes typically feature: security system, hardwood/tile/carpet flooring, handmade custom cabinets w/ granite counter tops, tiled back splash, pot filler faucet next to range, stainless steel appliances, screened-in porches, coffered ceilings and crown molding throughout. Typically, the duration of the construction process from start to finish is 8-10 weeks.
The single largest factor to our success is in our hiring of qualified skilled sub-contractors that are of like mind and take pride in their work.
